It's time to integrate all that you have experienced. Consider spending time in nature, near the sea or some moving body of water, so that you can dive deep within. Meditate upon the choices you have made, thus far. What needs to change? Though change is uncomfortable, it is also healing. Be prepared to release the past, so you can begin anew - fully reawakened, restored, rebirthed!
