Greetings, my beloved daughter,

I adore when you seek my healing presence, by spending time in nature. I invite you to do so more often. While you sit upon my solid earth, swim or wade in my waters, rest in the shade of my trees or contemplate the beauty of my mountains, flowers, and wildlife, you are re-connecting with me in deeply meaningful ways, which teach you how to live abundantly and open to receive my precious gifts! It is my pleasure to share wisdom with you. My lessons are taught through your awareness of the messages given by nature (my Self).

As you walk upon the earth and care for my body, you will begin to feel the sacredness in all things natural. Pay attention and it will be impossible to deny my grounding energy. Come to me when you are stressed out, fearful, sad, lonely or in need of healing love and be restored.
