Sakwa Mana Speaks:

Lolamai, sister of mine,

I bring blessings to you and ask that you share them with others. If you find a feather, it is a sign of my blessing. Giving a feather to another, is a form of blessing, sweet one, and to do so today, is especially meaningful, and insures a new year overflowing with comfort and joy. Create comfort and happiness for yourself and others in a sacred space; safe from the cold winter wind, and celebrate the bounty you have been given, today.

If you feel overburdened with heaviness, or something is holding you back from your true hearts desire, create a sun shield, speaking prayers during the making of it. Hang it in your home until the matter has been resolved. Remember: Burn it in gratitude once the energy begins to flow freely.

I depart with a kiss of kindness,
Sakwa Mana

To Make a Sun Shield

1. Cut a circle from a piece of paper.
2. Decorate it (paint, collage, glitter, etc.) with your creative vision of the sun.
3. Attach a ribbon, string or wire to hang it.
