Symbols: Moon (lunar items); Silver and White Items; Meadowsweet

Aine Speaks:

Blessings my beloved daughter of the earth and moon,

As a bright light woman, I see how often you give of your energies, of your soulful self. I come to remind you to keep the sacred cycles of the moon and the seasons of the land, so that you do not become depleted. I lovingly advise you to eat onions today as a health measure. What ever the season, they are plentiful.

Winter - Prepare a savory onion soup.
Spring - Eat fresh, sweet green onions in a salad.
Summer - Thinly slice onions to enhance a seeded bread sandwich.
Autumn - Saute onions to sweetly flavor your evening meal.

May your heart be filled with gratitude and joy,
May all that you sow flourish and reap a bountiful harvest.

With love, Aine

Spes Speaks:

It is I, Hope, beloved one, I come to ask you to be thankful for all the abundant harvests you have gathered and to hold on to hope, if you are feeling less than blessed. Seek things to be grateful for darling, as there are so many, even in the midst of fear, sorrow, confusion and want.

Indulge your spirit of beauty, and pick some flowers or purchase one or a bouquet to brighten up your mood. Give one to a stranger or a friend who needs a reminder of the wonder and bounty of life!

Scatter bread crumbs for the birds, smile and share your overflowing love with others.  As the days and weeks pass, find ways to share with others: invite someone over to share a meal with you, leave a note of appreciation for someone underappreciated, offer a sincere compliment to someone in passing...

I offer you many blessings and gifts throughout the year, my darling. Be thankful and share what your self with those you love.
And, if you haven't heard it in a while:
I love you.
Spes
