Sequana

Goddess of the Day

Themes: Wishes; Youthfulness; Luck; Health; Movement
Symbols: Ducks; Boats

Sequana Speaks:

Come to me, sweet one,

Step into the sacred flow and trust that you are healthy and fortunate beyond your current awareness. Do you know that I hear your prayers? Do you know that my arms are ever open to welcome and embrace you?

If you are unable to go on a river boat ride, today ~ perhaps you will accept my blessings by taking an herbal bath. Float a rubber duck while soaking for added good cheer and luck. If you are unable to bathe, then simply gather the following herbs into a tea. Enjoy.

Gather the following herbs for their specific properties and blessings:

Sage - wishes
Rosemary - youthful energy
Allspice - luck
Fennel - health
Ginger - movement
