Greetings from this Ancient One, 

There was a time, not so long ago, when it was dangerous to admit to being a witch; a woman of the earth, of herbs, of wise natural knowing.... yet, it is you, dearest one, who knows me as the Goddess that I am, for we are one. You, like your grandmothers before you, like the nun, Saint Hildegard, prepare and use healing herbals. Ff they hold some magickal weaving, or were wildcrafted through inner vision, then you have well remembered the ancient ways and I bless your spells and charms, and any other mystical ways you employ to improve your own health and that of others. If you cast a hex, be sure to keep your intentions pure and use your power for good, for healing, for growth or gentle release. Remember - Do as you will, though harm none. 

Throughout this day, dear child, take hold of needful stones: 

Black Jet to absorb negativity or problesm.

Flourite to strengthen your mental clarity.

Rose Quartz to call the healing energy of love.

Lapis Luzuli to draw the power of the Goddess.

Amethyst to bring spiritual awarenss.

Use your own intuitive knowing concerning the stones. Listen to their wisdom and allow them to assist you in healing whatever area of your life requires it.
