Sister of the woodlands, hear my voice this day,

It is time,for you to honor the trees and green growing ones. They give so much to you on a daily basis; providing clean air to breathe, food to eat, comfort to eye and spirit. Can you hear the wooded lands of nature calling to you? Listen. No matter the weather, take a walk and sit with the trees for a while. Listen to the message they have to share with you..... If you fear the wild woods, this season, go to the park or other nature center.

By spending just 20 minutes, you will notice your energy is restored, your mood lightens, you spirit brightens. BREATHE. The scent of fresh air is intoxicating. Sit quietly and pay attention to the life force surrounding you. You are one with the essence of all things. Be aware of the message wishing to be heard. Honor it and you will be honored, too.
