My bounty overflows with abundance for you, darling one,

I am the Goddess of Winter Solstice, the goat woman, known as the constellation Capricorn. I wish to gift you today, with the reason, common sense, and logic to guide your path. Remember during the stressfulness of the season, that humor is a great balancing tool. 

If you desire renewed health and improved tenacity, eat a piece of fruit every day until the end of the year.... Each day, choose an area that requires my attention and blessing, and eat the fruit with this sacred intention and allow the life force energy from the fruit (water, earth, wind and sunlight) to flow through your body while visualizing your desired outcome. 

I wish you strength of will and mind.
