I invite you to walk through the open door before you, this day... Feel teh energy of peace encircle and embrace you. Choose to allow the energy and essence of peace to heal what ever needs healing in your body, mind or life, today. 

Consider the meaning of peace... What does peace mean for you, personally? Meditate on peace. Feel the peace within you grow and radiate out from you upon everyone you meet. Stand in this place of power. Yes, peace is power. It is power over strife, power over fear, power over hate, power over despair. It's not control over - but rather, a choice. Choosing peace soothes you in ways that can only be experienced. Breathe. Breathe peace in, and with a breath of kindness release all that would rob you of peace.
