Allow me to inspire you to bathe, today, in the healing waters of life. Run a tub of clear water, sprinkle in drops of rose or lotus essential oil, which represents the energy of love, of beauty, and life. As you bathe, imagine yourself releasing all that you hold in unforgiveness - within yourself or toward others. Allow the waters to cleanse you so that you may be healthy and whole. Allow the waters to purify your mind, your thoughts, so that you can create with a pureness, the life you desire. Allow the waters to free you of all guilt, fear, sadness and shame. Be free, darling. Know that you are loved and protected by me.
