Sweet daughter, 

It is I, Milk White Goddess, Leucothea. My maternal heart and spirit is as deep as the sea, as earthy as your own. 

I have come to you today to remind you that you are a woman of spirit who must bridge the span between your body and your soul.  Wear something white today to remind you of your bright inner light. I am here to help your transformation by encouraging you to seek comfort and tranquility when you are feeling too stressed and weary of the world. Imagine yourself submerged within the depths of your own spirit by bathing in a lovely milk bath. Once you are relaxed in the warmth of the warmth, ask for the next step upon your journey and it will be revealed to you.

Be creative. Finding your place of balance. Communicate your desires.
